Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver meaningful physical therapy across a blend of inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, neuro conditions, wound care, and general debility
Collaborate closely with nursing and therapy colleagues to support excellent patient outcomes
Precept students or new staff when the unit needs an extra helping hand
Document care and communicate progress with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Current Texas and national PT license
BLS certification
IP/OP experience preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Comfort treating fractures, sports injuries, and post-amputation patients
Ability to manage a varied daily caseload of about seven treatment hours
Strong communication and teamwork approach
Willingness to rotate holidays with the rest of the staff
