Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver life-saving respiratory care to adults, pediatrics, and neonates across the facility
Perform ABGs and EKGs to support accurate patient assessment and treatment
Assist with intubations and manage ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy
Collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists to optimize patient outcomes
Provide compassionate care in a one-RT-per-shift environment where your expertise truly matters

Qualifications

Active Kansas Respiratory Therapist license
RRT or CRT credential
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
Comfortable working with adults, pediatrics, and neonates

Knowledge & Skills

Respiratory Therapy expertise including ABG and EKG procedures
Hamilton ventilators and Vapotherm high-flow systems
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently as the sole RT on shift
Flexible and agreeable with occasional floating needs
