Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Develop personalized therapy plans that make a real difference
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
Document progress and adjust treatments to help patients thrive
Educate families and caregivers on techniques for continued success

Qualifications

Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
Current BLS certification
2 years of experience in an acute care facility
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in speech, language, and swallowing therapy
Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
