Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Rotating 12.5-hour shifts, days and nights, including weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional respiratory care to pediatric patients
Manage ventilators and administer breathing treatments
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly
Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies

Qualifications

Active Respiratory Therapist license in Washington
RRT credential required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
ACLS and PALS preferred
Minimum 1 year of pediatric respiratory experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ventilator management and airway care
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with pediatric respiratory protocols
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
