Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality telemetry nursing care to assigned patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry tracings and respond to changes promptly
• Perform thorough patient assessments and communicate clinical changes to the care team
• Administer medications, IV therapies and treatments per provider orders
• Document patient status and interventions accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement patient-centered plans of care
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with telemetry experience
• Available and able to work per diem/day shifts as scheduled
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and basic cardiac rhythm recognition
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm awareness
• Patient assessment and vital signs interpretation
• Clear clinical documentation and handoff communication
• Ability to work efficiently in acute care settings and respond to changes
• Comfort using electronic health record systems
