Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate across all surgical specialties with confidence and expertise
Support complex cardiovascular procedures including CABGs and TCARs
Assist with advanced robotic surgeries using both DaVinci and Mako systems
Provide skilled care during neurosurgical cases such as craniotomies and spinal procedures
Handle diverse orthopedic trauma and total joint replacements
Precept and mentor fellow team members when needed
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support patient care needs

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact license
Minimum 4-5 years of operating room experience
Proven ability to circulate CABG procedures
Robotics experience with DaVinci and/or Mako systems
Strong references and exceptional clinical skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise circulating cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, and general surgery cases
Comfortable with robotic-assisted procedures
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to float between nearby campuses
