Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clinical services and collaborate with providers for top-quality patient care
• Lead clinic staff to ensure smooth operations from front desk to patient care
• Manage medication inventory and supplies with precision
• Perform essential quality control checks on point-of-care tests
• Document all care accurately and oversee clinic opening and closing
• Anticipate needs of providers and staff to boost efficiency
• Communicate effectively across departments as a key resource

Qualifications

• Current full unrestricted Alaska RN license required at submission
• Basic Life Support certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clinical competency within 3 months of hire
• 1 year acute care experience preferred, 6 months addiction services experience preferred

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

• Nursing process application in dynamic environments
• Customer service and infection control principles
• Assessment completion, needs anticipation, and specimen collection
• Proficiency with computers and medical equipment
• Strong oral and written communication
• Multi-tasking, independent work, team collaboration, teaching, problem-solving, and critical thinking
