Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in line with facility protocols
• Perform thorough assessments and document clinical findings accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient responses
• Educate patients and families about care plans and resources for recovery
• Maintain professional standards, infection control, and patient safety at all times

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) — title indicates RN level
• Experience or interest in MST (MST specialty noted in the posting)
• Active or compact RN license for California, or ability to obtain prior to shift
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) — recommended or will be requested during onboarding
• Strong patient assessment, documentation, and communication skills

Education

• Degree or diploma in Nursing (ADN, BSN, or equivalent nursing diploma)

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical judgment and hands-on patient care skills
• Clear, respectful communication with patients, families, and care teams
• Comfortable with charting and electronic medical records
• Time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Trauma-informed care principles relevant to MST-focused work
