Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in the Neurovascular ICU
Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced interventions such as central lines, arterial lines, and intubation
Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Float to other ICUs, BMT, and PCU floors as needed to support hospital-wide patient care
Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR and follow evidence-based ICU protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact license
Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
Current ACLS certification
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

ICU experience with confidence in high-acuity settings
Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred
Additional experience in oncology or neuro care is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player who is accountable and caring
