Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to ER and ICU patients, ensuring high-quality emergency and critical care nursing
• Float to other nursing units as needed to assist with patient care, transport, and monitoring
• Serve as a member of the rapid response and code blue team, responding to emergencies
• Monitor telemetry readings and identify changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Hawaii
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER and ICU experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Ability to float between critical care units and provide support as needed
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

• EMR proficiency (Point Click)
