Candidate Pay Rate: $38 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during the night shift at Bloomfield Nursing and Rehab
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Perform thorough assessments and document changes in patient condition in the chart
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
Respond quickly and calmly to clinical changes and emergencies
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or compact privileges
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
ACLS preferred
Experience in long-term care, rehab, or similar settings is a plus
Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning
Medication administration and documentation
IV therapy and basic wound care
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team collaboration and clear communication with patients and families
