Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, start times 6:30 AM or 6:30 PM, weekend rotation (4 weekend shifts per 4 weeks)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate patient bed assignments across multiple hospitals
Utilize TeleTracking and Cerner to place patients in appropriate units
Employ critical thinking to assess bed requests and communicate adjustments to leadership
Manage multiple applications and chats simultaneously to ensure efficient patient placement
Collaborate with ED, leadership, and other departments to optimize bed utilization

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience preferred
Proficiency with TeleTracking and Cerner EHR systems
Strong computer skills including Google applications and Zoom
Excellent multitasking and customer service abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving
Knowledge of hospital unit types (MedSurg, Telemetry, etc.)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
