Location: Tacoma, WA

Start Date: 06-17-2026

End Date: 09-16-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; occasional weekends, holidays, and limited on-call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures including stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures
Start IVs and administer radiopharmaceuticals as needed
Operate state-of-the-art equipment from GE, Phillips, and Siemens
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout exams
Maintain accurate records using EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care

Qualifications

Active Washington State License as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
ARRT-N or NMTCB certification
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine
Proficiency in IV start and a variety of nuclear medicine procedures

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS systems
Experienced with GE, Phillips, and Siemens nuclear medicine equipment
Skilled in stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, GI procedures, and IV insertion
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
