Location: St. Louis, MO
Start Date: 04-01-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 4-hour shifts, days vary; exact start/end times to be provided. Orientation included. Rad Tech shift.
Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with accuracy and care
- Operate and maintain radiographic equipment following safety protocols
- Prepare and position patients for imaging while ensuring comfort and privacy
- Ensure image quality and proper documentation in the patient record
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and support staff to deliver excellent patient care
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control procedures
Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification as a Radiologic Technologist, or eligibility to obtain one
- ARRT registration preferred or willingness to obtain registration as required
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
- Comfort working with patients of all ages and clinical conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow imaging protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Education
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or completion of an accredited radiography program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in patient positioning and radiographic technique
- Understanding of radiation safety principles and dose reduction
- Familiarity with digital imaging systems and PACS workflow
- Ability to document procedures accurately and manage imaging records
- Good interpersonal skills for patient interactions and team collaboration
