Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care
Document patient progress and modify treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Michigan (or compact eligible)
New graduates welcome - we provide mentorship
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in physical therapy evaluation and treatment
Knowledge of SNF regulations and documentation standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate patient-centered approach
