Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to approximately 12 patients daily
Assess, treat, and create personalized plans for a wide variety of orthopedic and general cases
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide occasional acute inpatient coverage when needed to support the broader rehab department
Document care and progress to ensure seamless communication across the care team

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submittal)
BLS certification required
Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication skills and adaptability to a small-town, varied caseload

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
Patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
Interdisciplinary collaboration with PT, OT, and SLP colleagues
Clear documentation and progress reporting
Flexibility to assist in acute inpatient settings when needed
