Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and interpret physician orders to develop individualized occupational therapy plans.
Design and implement treatment programs using a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices.
Work collaboratively with the Manager of Rehabilitation Services and interdisciplinary team to maximize patients' functional potential.
Monitor and document patient progress, outcomes, and plan adjustments in accordance with facility policy.
Ensure practice and documentation comply with the California State Practice Act and professional standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
Current California Occupational Therapist License (required)
Ability to evaluate and treat patients per referring physician orders
Familiarity with California State Practice Act and regulatory requirements
Comfort working full-time on day schedule; strong communication and teamwork skills

Education
