Shift Type: 8.5-hour shift; specific start/end times and scheduled days to be determined by the facility (schedule provided upon hire)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents with professionalism and warmth
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and document accurately
- Monitor, assess and record vital signs and resident conditions, escalating concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient chart/EMR
- Collaborate with nurses, nurse aides and interdisciplinary team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes
- Support safe infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent clinical training
- Active CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN) program
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
- Resident assessment and care planning
- Accurate documentation and charting in clinical records/EMR
- Basic wound care and infection control practices
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks during shift
- Collaborative teamwork and clear communication with clinical staff
