Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team promptly
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly and timely
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other staff to deliver coordinated care
Support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license where applicable)
Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other certifications a plus
Strong patient care skills with attention to detail and safety
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN/LVN)
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Vital sign monitoring and basic assessment skills
Infection control principles and safe patient handling
Electronic medical record familiarity or quick adaptability to charting systems
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care setting
