Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care and support to patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team
- Document care activities clearly in the patient record
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license (Georgia) required
- Completion of an accredited LPN/vocational nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Comfortable with patient assessments, medication administration, and basic wound care
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Orientation attendance required
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and vital signs monitoring
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Basic familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Infection control and patient safety protocols
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure
