Shift Type: 12-hour shift, schedule to be confirmed (start/end times and specific days will be provided by the employer)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to care plans
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient status changes, and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to deliver coordinated care
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in resident charts and electronic records
- Support resident independence and comfort through patient education and advocacy
Qualifications
- Current LPN license (practical/vocational nursing) — Pennsylvania licensure required or eligible
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical setting preferred
- Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass required background and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a resident-focused attitude
Education
- LPN diploma or vocational nursing certificate
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Basic wound care and resident hygiene support
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
- Ability to recognize and report clinical changes promptly
- Teamwork, time management, and patient-centered communication
