Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 8-hour shift, specific days and start/end times to be confirmed (schedule details to be provided)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Assess, document and communicate resident conditions and changes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated care
- Educate residents and families about care plans and health needs
- Maintain accurate medical records and follow facility policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
- Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
- Resident assessment and charting/documentation (EMR familiarity helpful)
- Wound care basics and infection control practices
- Good time management and prioritization in a busy setting
- Clear communication with residents, families and care teams
