Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes promptly
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support patient plans
• Document care and observations clearly and in a timely manner
• Assist with patient mobility, comfort, and activities of daily living
• Support discharge planning and patient education to promote recovery
• Respond to patient needs with professionalism, empathy, and urgency when required

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred (recent grads welcome to apply)
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for per-diem scheduling

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of nursing fundamentals and medication administration
• Comfortable with monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient changes
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Patient-centered care approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic charting and electronic health record familiarity
• Infection control principles and safe work practices
