Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes promptly to the care team
- Document patient status and interventions clearly in the medical record
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
- Support patient and family education with patience and clarity
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Clinical experience as an LPN preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Education
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent
- Current LPN licensure in PA
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic treatment protocols
- Routine patient assessments and accurate documentation
- Infection control practices and safe patient handling
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
