Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents with dignity and respect
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care thoroughly
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the care team promptly
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to create person-centered care plans
- Assist with ADLs and support residents' comfort, safety, and quality of life
Qualifications
- Current, active LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and safe medication administration
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate resident care
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role and maintain professional standards
Education
- Graduated from an accredited LPN/LVN program
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing assessments
- Comfortable with documentation and electronic medical records
- Knowledge of infection control best practices and resident safety protocols
- Good time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care setting
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
