Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Location: Christiana, PA
Start Date: 03-30-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 8.5-hour shifts; exact start/end times and specific days to be confirmed (schedule determined by facility needs)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents consistent with LPN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
- Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly to the care team
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to implement individualized care plans
- Perform routine assessments, charting, and accurate shift handoffs
- Support a positive resident experience through respectful communication and advocacy
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain state licensure promptly)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing procedures
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Reliable, professional, and committed to resident-centered care
Education
- LPN certificate or vocational nursing diploma
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Basic clinical assessment and vital signs monitoring
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting (EMR)
- Infection control and safe clinical procedures
- Ability to prioritize and manage time across an 8.5-hour shift
