Contract Type: Per-Diem

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents — your care matters
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform routine assessments and monitor patients’ conditions, reporting changes promptly
Document care clearly and timely in the patient record
Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to create great care plans
Support a positive, resident-centered environment — be the reassuring presence families appreciate

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain licensure
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine clinical duties
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Previous long-term care or related clinical experience preferred but not required

Education

LPN diploma, certificate, or equivalent completed from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Basic wound care and infection control practices
Resident assessment and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Safe patient handling and ADL support
Effective communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
