Licensed Nursing Assistant - VT/NH
Location: Claremont, NH
Start Date: 04-01-2026
End Date: 05-05-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; rotating schedule with every other weekend coverage and some holidays (local-only assignment)
Hours per Week: 37
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
- Support activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team to ensure timely interventions
- Accurately document care, vital signs, and any observations in the resident record
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control practices
Qualifications
- Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification required
- Ability to work evenings, every other weekend, and some holidays as noted
- Reliable local transportation and availability for a local-only assignment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with facility staff
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Education
- Completion of an approved LNA training program or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in resident-centered care and assisting with ADLs
- Familiarity with basic vital signs and documentation practices
- Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond calmly in busy situations
- Friendly, respectful bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
