Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with facility protocols
• Complete required competency testing and maintain all mandatory health screenings
• Follow infection control procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in required training and maintain certifications and immunizations

Qualifications

• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing (required)
• Successful Fit Test and Trinty Respirator Evaluation
• Trinity Color Vision screening and Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen
• Up-to-date immunizations: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, Influenza
• 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) and a current Physical/Health Statement
• Relevant state licensure or certification as applicable to the role
