Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and circulate during cardiovascular surgical procedures
Monitor patient vitals and ensure safety during surgery
Assist surgeons with instrumentation and supplies
Coordinate with surgical team for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control standards

Qualifications

Current California RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and surgical procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced operating room environment
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
