Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients, supporting daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and meals with dignity and respect
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
Document patient care and observations clearly and promptly in the chart
Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety procedures
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff to promote quality care

Qualifications

Valid state CNA certification (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable with direct patient care and basic clinical tasks
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team
Previous experience in a long-term care or clinical setting is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
State-approved CNA training program completion and certification

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and activities of daily living
Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observations
Infection control standards and safe patient handling
Clear documentation and basic electronic charting skills
Time management, teamwork, and patient-centered communication
