Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions accurately
- Support mobility and safe transfers while following safety protocols
- Communicate changes in patient status to nurses and the care team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Comfortable with direct patient care and lifting/assisting as needed
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
- Infection control and safety procedures
- Accurate documentation and basic charting
- Team communication and following care plans
- Time management in a fast-paced clinical setting
