Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care with dignity and respect
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support safe mobility and transfer techniques to prevent falls
Communicate clearly with nurses and interdisciplinary team about patient needs
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Document care in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (state requirements apply)
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) or willingness to obtain upon hire
Successful background check and health screening (TB, immunizations) as required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to patient-centered care

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA program completion required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with activities of daily living and resident assistance
Ability to take and interpret vital signs
Basic infection control and safety practices
Good observational skills and ability to report clinical changes
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
