Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Assist nursing staff with patient transfers, hygiene, and mobility
Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
Document care and observations clearly and timely in patient records
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Active/valid CNA registration or license for Pennsylvania preferred
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, patient-centered approach

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in basic patient care, ADLs, and mobility assistance
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs accurately
Familiarity with infection control and safety best practices
Clear communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting
Basic documentation skills and comfort learning electronic charting
