Shift Type: Wednesday-Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and support to patients through the night
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility)
Monitor and record vital signs accurately and consistently
Maintain patient safety and infection control practices at all times
Communicate effectively with nurses and the care team to ensure coordinated care
Document patient care and changes in condition clearly and promptly
Respond quickly to patient calls and emergent needs with calm and professionalism

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
Comfortable working overnight shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Willingness to complete any required facility onboarding (background check, TB screen, immunizations)

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient care and activities of daily living
Accurate vital sign measurement and patient observation
Basic infection control and safety procedures
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and care teams
Reliable documentation and time management during shifts
