Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care in an acute care setting, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Assist with safe patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning to prevent injury
Support documentation and communication to ensure accurate, timely patient records
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Experience or familiarity with acute care settings preferred
Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and maintain energy throughout the shift
Valid identification and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic clinical care tasks and patient safety practices
Skill in patient hygiene, feeding assistance, and mobility support
Ability to recognize and escalate changes in patient condition
Comfortable working within an interdisciplinary acute care team
Attention to detail for accurate documentation and handoffs
