Shift Type: Days to be confirmed, 2:45 PM - 10:30 PM (Evening shift)

Hours per Week: 39

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Assist with meals and nutrition needs while monitoring for changes in appetite
Take and record vital signs accurately and report any concerning trends
Support residents with activities of daily living to preserve dignity and independence
Document care and observations clearly and promptly in the resident record
Work collaboratively with nurses and the care team to follow care plans
Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) required
Completion of an approved CNA training program
Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility for adult residents
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Willingness to pass facility background checks and any required health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Successful completion of an approved CNA program required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care techniques and safe transfer practices
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Knowledge of infection control and hand hygiene best practices
Good documentation habits and attention to detail
Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills with residents and families
Teamwork and the ability to follow direction from licensed nursing staff
