Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Support safe patient transfers, mobility and positioning under facility protocols
• Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the nursing team promptly
• Assist with personal hygiene, feeding and comfort measures with dignity
• Document care activities accurately and communicate findings during handoffs
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and support staff to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Comfortable working 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM night shifts
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
• Ability to pass background checks and meet facility health requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Completed Certified Nursing Assistant program and active CNA credential

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care skills including bathing, feeding and toileting assistance
• Knowledge of infection control practices and safe patient handling
• Reliable documentation and basic charting abilities
• Teamwork mindset and the ability to follow nursing care plans
• Good observation skills and the ability to escalate concerns appropriately
