Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care that makes a real difference in residents daily lives
Assist with activities of daily living while building meaningful connections with each individual
Document care accurately using Point-Click-Care electronic health records
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery
Create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe and valued

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in West Virginia
Point-Click-Care system experience required
Every other weekend availability is essential
Strong attention to detail and genuine passion for helping others

Knowledge & Skills

Electronic health record documentation with Point-Click-Care
Patient care fundamentals and safety protocols
Clear communication and teamwork abilities
Professional appearance standards including appropriate work shoes
