Start Date: 10-27-2025

End Date: 03-01-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift (exact start/end times vary); No weekends; May work some holidays (at least one)

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs and design meaningful, goal-directed OT interventions
Document patient care and progress in EPIC with clarity and timeliness
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that improve daily living skills
Complete Trinity-specific competency testing and skills checklists as required
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Maintain required licensure, certifications, and health screenings to meet facility standards

Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Michigan (license/certificate verification required)
BLS certification required
Comfortable using EPIC for documentation and care coordination (EPIC experience preferred)
Willingness to complete Trinity competency testing and required health screenings (fit test, drug screen, immunizations, respirator evaluation, color vision, TB screening, etc.)

Knowledge & Skills

Occupational Therapy evaluation and intervention techniques
EPIC electronic health record documentation
Basic Life Support (BLS) and patient safety practices
Familiarity with Trinity skills checklist and competency testing processes
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care approach
