Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document precisely
• Perform patient assessments and report changes in condition to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to coordinate excellent care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and follow facility protocols
• Support patients and families with clear communication, education, and empathy
• Contribute to a positive unit culture through teamwork and professional conduct

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — ready to practice
• Local candidates only (position is LOCAL ONLY)
• Ability to work the scheduled days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Experience in clinical care preferred; strong patient-focused skills required
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent training

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical skills in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Strong patient assessment and observation abilities
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and team members
• Accurate charting and familiarity with clinical documentation practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a team-based care setting
• Adaptability and calm under pressure during busy shifts
