Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnography studies with attention to pediatric patient needs
• Operate Philips G3 Sleepware for data capture and analysis
• Accurately document studies and patient care in EPIC (Clinical)
• Monitor patient safety throughout the night and respond to clinical events promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the sleep team to ensure high-quality care
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist and Specialty Specific Competency Testing on schedule
• Maintain infection control practices and required health screenings

Qualifications

• Iowa licensure required
• Pediatric sleep experience required
• BRPT certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• Experience with EPIC (Clinical) charting
• Experience using Philips G3 Sleepware
• Ability to complete Trinity competency testing and required health screenings (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, influenza vaccine, Fit Test, 2-step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, physical/health statement, and Trinity 10 panel drug screen)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of polysomnography procedures and overnight monitoring
• Familiarity with pediatric sleep study protocols and patient comfort techniques
• Proficiency in EPIC clinical documentation
• Hands-on experience with Philips G3 Sleepware
• Excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills
• Clear communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary setting
