Shift Type: Night, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, safe nursing care to residents in line with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care thoroughly
Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, providers and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support activities of daily living and encourage resident independence and dignity
Participate in shift handoffs and maintain clear, professional communication

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in New Hampshire
Local candidate only (commutable to Franklin, NH)
Willingness to work nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) and every other weekend as required
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility health and immunization requirements
Strong teamwork and communication skills; a patient-centered mindset

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical nursing skills
Vital signs monitoring and resident assessment
Accurate documentation and electronic charting familiarity
Time management and ability to prioritize in a busy night-shift environment
Comfortable working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
