Shift Type: Per diem night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (per diem schedule; days vary)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to policy
- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Document care clearly and promptly in the facility’s records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote dignity and independence
- Respond effectively to urgent situations and escalate concerns appropriately
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license (eligible to practice in Massachusetts)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred or obtain upon hire
- Comfortable providing care in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a multidisciplinary team
- Per diem or short-term nursing experience is a plus but not required
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (for LPN) or an accredited RN program (diploma, ADN, or BSN as applicable)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
- Resident assessment and care planning
- Documentation and charting in electronic or paper records
- Infection control and safety best practices
- Effective communication with residents, families, and staff
