Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and feeding
- Take and record vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist with safe patient transfers, mobility and positioning
- Report changes in patient condition promptly to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
- Support dignified, person-centered care that preserves patient privacy and comfort
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent care
- Document care activities clearly and timely in the patient record
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Comfortable working night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Compassion, patience and a patient-first attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
- Basic vital signs measurement and observation
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Infection control and facility safety practices
- Clear, timely documentation and communication
