Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs and resident status accurately and promptly
• Assist with safe transfers, mobility support and fall prevention measures
• Communicate resident needs and changes to the nursing team and care providers
• Support mealtime assistance and ensure dietary/feeding needs are met
• Maintain clean, safe resident environments and adhere to infection control standards
• Document care in a clear, timely manner and participate in shift handoffs

Qualifications

• Current LNA / Licensed Nursing Assistant certification (LNA) — required
• State licensure in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Comfort and experience working overnight 12+ hour shifts
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to resident-centered care

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited LNA / nursing assistant training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
• Vital signs monitoring and basic clinical observation
• Safe transfer and mobility techniques
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents and families
• Accurate documentation and timely reporting of changes in condition
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
