Shift Type: Rotating day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Typical pattern: Primary coverage Tue, Wed, Sat with an alternating rotation noted as Week 1: Wed, Thu, Sat and Week 2: Sun, Thu, Fri (12.5-hour day shifts, rotating)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support while promoting independence
- Monitor resident condition and accurately document observations and vital signs
- Follow care plans and report changes to the nursing team to ensure timely interventions
- Support mealtime assistance and safe feeding practices consistent with dietary needs
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control protocols
- Communicate respectfully and clearly with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential or state equivalent (NH or reciprocal) required
- Completion of an approved nurse aide/LNA training program
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or able to obtain prior to start
- Ability to work rotating 12.5-hour day shifts including weekend coverage
- Willingness to complete required background checks, health screenings, and facility onboarding
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care skills and hands-on experience with ADLs
- Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and documentation best practices
- Good communication and teamwork to collaborate with nurses and support staff
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care setting
- Compassionate bedside manner and respect for resident dignity and privacy
