Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC. Days of week: To be confirmed by the facility. 14-week assignment (2026-01-12 to 2026-04-13) with a guaranteed 36 hours/week.

Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and report meaningful changes to the nursing team
- Support mobility and safe transfers, promoting independence whenever possible
- Assist with meal service and feeding while observing dietary needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care
- Follow infection control procedures and facility policies to keep residents safe
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to meet resident goals
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or T-LNA credential required
- Active/state-appropriate LNA license or ability to obtain NH state authorization prior to start
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Willingness to complete facility background checks and immunizations as required
- Travel healthcare experience or long-term care experience is a plus but not strictly required
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a team-first attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of an approved LNA training program and state certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in personal care, bathing, grooming, and toileting assistance
- Proficient with taking and documenting vital signs accurately
- Able to assist with safe resident transfers and mobility support
- Familiar with infection control practices and PPE use
- Comfortable with basic charting and handoff communication
- Patient, observant, and able to escalate concerns appropriately
- Teamwork-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced care setting
