Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Perform timely vital signs, documentation, and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
- Support safe mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Assist with meal service and ensure residents’ nutrition and hydration needs are met
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families through respectful communication
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or T-LNA credential required
- Ability to work the assigned mix of 12‑hour and 8‑hour day shifts
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable with direct patient care, documentation, and teamwork
- Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of an LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in patient hygiene, ADLs, feeding assistance, and mobility support
- Ability to take and record vitals accurately and communicate findings
- Familiarity with basic infection control and safety practices
- Good documentation habits and clear verbal communication with the team
- Comfortable working in long-term care and rehab environments
