Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, no set schedules

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms remotely for multiple facilities from a central command center
Recognize and report dangerous rhythm changes and arrhythmias quickly and accurately
Follow established protocols to notify local RN staff of critical changes
Contribute to improved patient outcomes and department metrics
Work collaboratively under the direction of a Registered Nurse

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience in cardiac monitoring
Graduation from an accredited program including EKG Interpretation
Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam prior to start
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
